Speaker bio
Tessa Blaikie Whitecloud has worked in the homeless-serving sector since 2013. She was the founding executive director of 1JustCity and served as CEO of Siloam Mission from 2021-2024. In January 2025, Whitecloud was named the Premier’s Senior Advisor on Ending Chronic Homelessness in Manitoba. After setting up the coordination table to support over 100 people to move out of encampments as units came online, she’s thrilled to now lead the Collaborative Housing Alliance (CJHA). Affordable housing supply solutions, and the innovation that CHA brings to addressing that gap will work toward the vision of the Right Housing for all Manitobans.
The program will be held on May 21, 2026 at 8:00AM PT | 11:00AM ET | 12:30PM NST for 60 minutes. If you have any questions, please contact Donna Lee at Donna@forward-global.org.
