Calling in Forward Global members who want to connect and go deeper with peers as part of your own consciousness & healing journey!
As we weave this group together, we will likely hold space for:
- Meditation sessions (one hour virtually, monthly to start; part practice, part community)
- The possibility of adding in breathwork instruction, sound healing, and other modalities if members are interested in the new year
- Time to come together in-person at our Global Summit in March, in Whistler
- A retreat in May (location TBC)
Most of our time together on the 29th will be dedicated to hearing where each person is at, what you’re hoping to get out of the group, and sharing vulnerably about what we’re each wrestling with right now.
