Building on the foundational frameworks from our previous Skills session, this session will guide participants through any recent or anticipated difficult conversations with the support of a guest speaker (to be announced). Together, we will explore curiosity as a tool for navigating tension or misunderstanding.
This session helps participants to develop practical skills for real-life moments and strengthen their impact through increased confidence and determination.
What to expect
- Conversation on building curiosity in complex or polarized conversations
- Experiential roleplay in small groups
- Strengthened connection and shared learning among participants
