As individuals, we bring unique assets to our community: skills, networks, lived experience, and resources that can address collective needs and amplify our shared capacity. This collaborative session will use the Offers and Needs Market framework to help Next Gen members discover how their individual talents and experiences can contribute to the entire community’s impact and each member’s growth. We will do this by building and uncovering a map of our collective assets.
Whether you are looking for collaboration, peer support, or shared action, this session will be the perfect opportunity to discover the assets across our Next Gen membership in a safe and grounded space and open up new possibilities and connections for both the near future and the long term.
