The Collective: for Indigenous Peoples’ rights at the intersection of the environment, biodiversity & climate

Announced at the Forward Global Summit in Los Angeles, The Collective – for Indigenous Peoples’ rights at the intersection of the environment, biodiversity and climate – is a group of FG members dedicated to going on a multi-year journey to mobilize $100 million and beyond for Indigenous Peoples’ organizations and movements. We know that some of the most effective ways of addressing issues of climate, biodiversity and conservation is to invest in Indigenous communities – those that have been protecting ecosystems for thousands of years.
