Communication in all its forms is critical to healthy relationships and trust and can also be the cause of misunderstandings, conflict and family strife. And often the communication patterns we have inherited or established within a family are difficult to see, let alone tackle. In this session, we will discuss what effective communication as a family looks like and explore new ways of thinking to build it. How can creating relationality serve as a foundation for healthy relationships, consensus-building, conflict resolution and meaningful collaboration?
