January 27 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm UTC+0
In the West, chronic illness is often treated as separate from our emotional lives and the social conditions that shape our health. In this conversation with Dr. Gabor Maté, we will explore what becomes possible when we understand well-being through an integrated lens that includes mind, body, relationships, and environment.
Participants will:
- Name and explore the “toxic cultures” that lead to trauma and illness, and the role of money and wealth within these cultures
- Explore changes in mindsets and systems that could support healthier individuals and communities
- Discuss how wealth-holders can support healing and wellbeing, looking ahead to our “Collective Courage” Summit in Whistler.
Facilitated by Forward Global Board Member Jae Kim, this 75-minute program includes a short presentation followed by Q&A.
