The Forward Global member experience is built on three decades of figuring out how philanthropic funders best learn, make connections and maximize their impact. The journey is flexible, and curated to best meet your unique needs.
Each new Forward Global member is assigned a regional relationship manager who provides:
An onboarding meeting to understand the member’s goals and map out their first months Curated member connections and advice to help them integrate into the community Check-ins to discuss progress, highlight programming opportunities and provide support
During the onboarding meeting, relationship managers guide new members through Cohort options. The Cohort includes three programs which introduce core principles and practices and help participants develop their strategies and become familiar with Forward Global.

The model is flexible, and it is possible to join other programs before completing the Cohort. Relationship managers will help members chart their best course during the initial onboarding meeting.
There are many valuable programs and initiatives beyond the Cohort, including regional programmes, peer groups, global convenings, and skill sections. Relationship Managers provide support and help navigate other virtual, in-person, topical, regional, and global opportunities.
